We spent Mother's Day at our cousins Jeff & Elena's this year. They also had another family over to share in the festivities. It was really nice and relaxing. We bbq'd and lounged outside all day. The weather was so nice.

There's lots of things I'd love to tell you - but probably the blog isn't the best place to do it - I just wanted to let you know that I'm praying for you that you will find peace and happiness in your life and be in a good place emotionally. C...we've missed you out here in blog world, welcome back or welcome home depending on your view.
Sometimes things happen for a reason but often they happen because of our choices. We each have some control, free agency or whatever you want to call it. I shared with you a story this summer for a very specific reason. Our stories can change if we change our choices even though the changing can be very difficult.
This is a quote I apply to myself "Misfortunes one can endure--they come from outside, they are accidents. But to suffer for one's own faults and choices--ah!--there is the sting of life."
